The objective of the four toolkits developed on each of these sub-basins is to synthesize, consolidate and provide better access to information in a systematic manner, thus providing decision making support in the sub-basins. In addition, the toolkits further facilitate data query and access to source citation. In addition, the toolkits are aimed at providing preliminary water balance calculations based on water resources information (such as hydrology and climate) that is not found in the other sector-specific toolkits.
